Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 - Error 0x80070002

ive tried numerous times to update, but keeps coming up with the same message, even tried resetting the pc, when it starts to install, the message comes up undoing changes made to your computer, your pc cannot be reset

Win 10 1607 update

Installed the update manually at the the moment everything is bueno.
It seems that Microsoft has a big problem in there update department windows 7 update has problems win 8 update has problems. Windows 10 update is so-so.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
