Windows 10: Windows Update won't install updates

I am running windows 10 64bit and it installs updates and does not install them, does not give me an error code it just says error under my previous updates.

Hello! Windows 10 won't install updates on my PC and my windows 10 update assistant won't update my windows build version due to Error called 0x80070422 i tried everything

Ps: Windows update is Automatic and started

3 other downloads have successfully download but won't install because the Cumulative update won't install. What's the problem Windows. It says it has downloaded the **** update but does nothing to install it. Please help

First basics:
From an admin command prompt
[Windows key + X, click command prompt (admin)]
chkdsk C: /F
Your PC will need to restart.
Make sure the result is clear or fixed- else do not proceed.
Post back the result, which you can get after a restart as follows:

If clear:
Then try troubleshooting:
In cortana's search box type Trouble and click Troubleshooting
In the Control Panel GUI that opens, click Troubleshoot Windows Updates
Post back the result

If that doesn't help try
Tweaking.com's cautious repair tool (free).
Observe the cautious stages, select only the Windows Update repair and run it.
Test the result and post back.
