Windows 10: Windows Update won't load in Update & Security Settings

I think I've had this problem for about a week now. It seems that windows update is stuck on the loading page. Everything else such as action center, other settings, and the store seem to be working fine. Anyone know why/a way fix to this? Thanks.P.S. Image:There was a solution proposed on another forum "Method 1: Please try to run Windows Update Troubleshooter to find out and fix the error:" but my taskbar search also does the same thing. I can't search for the MMC or the Windows Trouble shooter to run any tests. I was having trouble with getting my taskbar to work at

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
