    Windows Update won't turn on


    Windows Update won't turn on, when updating it says "Download error - 0x80070005", when opening microsoft store it says "error encountered Code: 0x80070422". In the program, the services are disabled, and when you try to enable it, it says 'Access is deniend', i'm on an administrator account.
