Windows 10: Windows update yet again taking forever to install

Discus and support Windows update yet again taking forever to install in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I am aghast at the unprofessionalism of the MS people.     Windows update yet again taking forever to install


    I am aghast at the unprofessionalism of the MS people. This is the 2 time in 2 days I have to kill the update process on win10.0 Build 17763 as after 4 hours it has only accomplished 15% of its task. 15% after four hours !!!! I am not a MS employee and have very little time to spare. Fix this damn issue it's inconceivable that an update take longer that the installation of the whole system. You are so incompetent that even submitting this question is a problem.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    windows takes forever to load!

    Did you delete everything in the Prefetch folder?

    Also, if you are planning to re-install Windows follow these installation steps

    1. Service packs (make sure you have sp2 1st)
    2. DirectX
    3. Motherboard/chipset Drivers
    4. Vid. Card Drivers
    5. Sound Drivers
    6. All other hardware drivers
    7. Windows update.

    (you may have to make your network drivers 1st)

    Windows update yet again taking forever to install

    Windows Update suddenly hangs?

    Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

    I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
