    Windows updater not working; Mixed Reality not seeing my VR headset


    Sequence of events:Got a new computer.Plugged in my HP Reverb G2, but nothing happened. Went through all the troubleshooting tips with no results.Reinstalled Mixed Reality Portal. It opens and says it is downloading, but then crashes. It was suggested that I don't have all the updated installed.Went to Windows updater. One item shows needing to be installed: 2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034848. But then it times out with Download error - 0x80040154.Things I have tried:Restarting the updaterRunning the trouble shooterRunning command li

    Computer not seeing Windows Mixed Reality Headset

    I got myself a Dell Windows Mixed Reality Headset and followed all the steps to set it up. but when I checked my computer nothing had happened. no error code, no mixed reality portal to do the setup it was like the headset didn't even exist. the problem
    is that I haven't seen this problem anywhere else. I checked to see if my computer is compatible and it is and I also manually downloaded the mixed reality portal but when I get to setup it says to connect the headset but everything is connected in the right
    place. Is there anything anyone can do to help me?
