Windows 10: Windows Updates and recognition of my computer

I am using windows 10 and after every windows update is installed- and only after windows updates, financial sites do not recognize my computer. Why, and how can I avoid this. I live overseas and some banks require I call them each time it happens.

• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition

Facial recognition

Hello Bill,

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we will know why the facial recognition quit working:

• Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?
• Is there an error message when you try to sign using facial recognition?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
