Windows 10: Windows updates and then restarted my pc while I was playing a game!

I Hate Windows 10 so much, I still miss 7 where the pc worked for me! I have had so many problems over the years with Windows updates since 10, there was the 2 slaved hard drives uninstalling themselves every update... That was fun! Esp as it was back before you could pause or disable updates in any way. My latest problem however... I'm playing planet zoo, been at it 90mins, it's a rather intensive game for the CPU, running my Ryzon 7 5800 up to 36% on my larger zoo. I mention this because I wonder why Windows would think this a great time to update? Well it did, all of a sudden my screen goes
