Windows 10: Windows updates disables wi-fi capability on my Toshiba Qosmio X775-3DV80

I have tried EVERYTHING! I ran troubleshootersI Uninstalled and reinstalled the network adapter's drivers. I got the most recent updates for the adapter.Undoing the recent updates doesn't work.Recovery doesn't work either. Please don't give me the default advice for this problem. I've had to reinstall windows like 8 times at this point making sure I disable windows updates in every possible way but it eventually updates anyway and messes up with my computer. Note: that's not the only thing it breaks. Several menus and other things also break. Network adapter: Qualcom Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wirel

Toshiba Qosmio X775-Q7270 restart loop after Windows 10 instal

I tried to update to Windows 10 twice bot both times my computer got stuck in a restarting loop. I have the system requirements for Windows 10 and I have updated the drivers from the Toshiba website. Any ideas?

I am using a Qosmio X775-Q7270

 

USB Wi-Fi Adapter Disabling

Is it on Windows 8's compatibility list (check MS website- forgot link)?

I had an issue with one Wi-fi adapter and it wasn't listed as compatible- All was well when I swapped it out with one on the compatibility list

I would suggest you to follow the methods below:

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.
