    Windows updates failing and can't open exes


    For the past few weeks I've been unable to open any .exe, with no error message, and my laptop has been unable to update properly, error code: 0x800700ea. Have tried many of the solutions on here from other users with similar issues, but had no success. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
