Windows 10: windows updates is stuck at 0% update

Discus and support windows updates is stuck at 0% update in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My PC is stuck at 0% update and I have tried multiple things to fix it, nothing works.     My PC is stuck at 0% update and I have tried multiple things to fix it, nothing works. How do I fix this?

    Downloading updates stuck at 0%


    Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:


    • Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

    • Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
