Windows 10: Windows Updates on 7/22/20 crashed printing function

I have several workstation had update required restart on 7/22/20 lead to printing error. it seems to be something have to do with the spooler as the issue affect print to pdf as well and removed network printers.

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

There was a known issue with Printing last month.

The first step would be to try reinstalling the Printer.

Right-click Start and select Run.

\In the Run dialog box, type in control printers and press OK.

Locate your printer in the Printers section, Right click it and select Remove device.

Restart your PC.

If you have a setup media of the Printer driver(This is usually a CD or Setup program supplied with the Printer), run the utility and let the Printer Install.

If you do not have a setup media, try adding a printer manually using "add a printer" button in the menu bar. It should automatically detect and Install the Printer.

After the Printer Installs, try printing a test page to see if it works as desired.

Retry the task again.

I've tried that and still same problem. i think its more on printing agent or print spooler since even the print to pdf doesn't work and all printers using TCP/IP are not populating in the settings printers and scanners but if you look at the print management
they are exist. its beyond a printer driver issues.
