Windows Updates: Strange things happened on 9th March 2021. Windows 10

I've subscribed to receive emails with details of Microsoft Security Update Releases. Here's what was in the 9th March email:

Windows Updates: Strange things happened on 9th March 2021. Windows 10 d611b7ca-42ae-4f74-89b4-81e55774daa5?upload=true.png

I checked for updates affecting me and there were none. I then noticed "See optional Updates". I clicked on it and it found and installed the below.

Windows Updates: Strange things happened on 9th March 2021. Windows 10 ceae3491-fe43-4d28-9941-ad465ae498cc?upload=true.png

Why was this "hidden away"and not given the prominence it normally would have received? It's very confusing for users and I found this major update purely by chance.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
