Windows 10: windows updates stuck on 0% and unable to install apps/games from microsoft store

Discus and support windows updates stuck on 0% and unable to install apps/games from microsoft store in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; for some odd reason i can install updates from windows or get any kind of apps from the microsoft store.     windows updates stuck on 0% and unable to install apps/games from microsoft store


    for some odd reason i can install updates from windows or get any kind of apps from the microsoft store. It just stays at 0 the whole time.I already tried to reinstall windows which didnt work and also upgraded to windows 11 which didnt fix it either.
