Windows 10: Windows updating problem and new user problem

Im currently using Windows 11 21H2 22000.318 and im encountering 2 problems :- I can't update my windows 11 to the newer version, everytime i try to upgrade, windows will give me "something didn't go as planned...". I had tried everything to try to get the update but didn't work.- I want to create an another user for my mother, i have already created an account for my brother flawlessly but when i tried to create another one for my mom it first gave me a windows 10 taskbar then file explorer wasn't responding all the time, i tried to restart the computer and restart the explorer, however, it

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Can't add new user to windows 10

• Which troubleshooting steps are you referring to?
• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?

I would suggest you to delete all the user account apart from the one which you are able to log in with Admin rights. Install all pending Windows and driver updates.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience. Follow the steps below to create new user account and check if that helps.

• Press “Windows Key + R".
• Type “netplwiz”.
• Click on Add and follow the onscreen instructions.

New update same problem

Since the problem surfaced after the installation of the new update, there's a possibility that a software conflict might be present. For us to determine the cause of this issue, we suggest running the sound troubleshooter to help us find and fix problems
with playing sound. Follow these steps:

• In the Cortana search, type in Troubleshooting.
• Click Troubleshooting in the search results.
• In the left pane, click View all.
• Locate and click Playing Audio.
• Hit Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue persists, then we suggest performing an in-place upgrade using Media Creation Tool. Create first an installation media that you will use. Check out
