Windows 10: *$!?**$ Windows upgrade program

Have to get this off my chest. Every time there is a Win update, the upgrade fails with errors nobody can explain. Had this problem aa the way back in Win95 times. Every time needed to reinstall a clean copy and lost all my setup and some files.Now having the same problem again with Win11. Before we start, yes the computer can run Win11, SFC shows no errors, the disks are fine, Antivirus and firewall was disabled and all the drivers and the bios are up to date.24 Dec did a manual install and got to 82% complete with error 0Xc000040925 Feb Win11 got pushed by windows update. Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
