Windows 10: Windows Upgrade started by MS Support team has hung for 4 days

i had an issue with my PC not accepting updates so the MS engineer started an upgrade on Tuesday. It stuck at looking for updates 8% for a day so I hit backup, it then stuck at Cleaning up before exiting for the last 3 days. I have tried to run the Windows Troubleshooter but it failed. I have tried to make 4 subsequent tickets to the MS support team but either they ring back and cuts off during the automated section , or an engineer starts speaking to me and then cuts the line and resolves the ticket. Does anyone know how I can resolve my upgrade issue please OR how I can get MS to actually ta

Waited 3 days for tech support and then MS hung-up

After registering my request to have Microsoft call me back in three days to resolve the issue with the Windows 10 upgrade process, I received my call right on time. I pushed the key to accept the call. During the process to transfer the call, presumable
to a live support person, the Microsoft system disconnected the line and hung-up. Is this the typical level of support I should expect from MS?

I had scheduled an appointment to have someone call. I waited that day and when the call came in, MS hung up immediately. What can one do to get help - it seems useless

When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
