Windows 10: Windows upgrade to version 11 for M1 Mac.

I purchased a Windows 10 home edition on 6/18/2022. Unfortunately I can't use the product. I need a Windows license for an M1 Mac book Pro running Parallels. Microsoft no longer supports Windows 10 for M1 Macs, and only supports Windows 11. Can I simply upgrade? And if so ,how? Appreciate any help and feedback.

It was not an upgrade to Win11, it was a fresh install as the Win11 is now on MAC M1 based laptop.

it is not possible to install Windows10 on a Mac with an M1 chip, Microsoft were developing Windows 10 for the Mac M1chip, but stopped development when they introduced Windows 11 and development is ongoing currently.

it is possible to install Windows 11 with Parallels on your Mac with an M1 chip, but that is currently not supported by Microsoft.

I have a Windows 10 professional license. This was being used on MAC OSX as a Virtual machine (Parallels app). Now I sold this MAC and I have a MACbook with M1 pro chip (ARM based), Windows 10 is not available to run on ARM based machines. I have installed Windows 11 on this MACbook, how can I use the Windows 10 Prof license and use the upgrade option or use this KEY to install on Windows 11? I tried some options like:

Activate with an existing license

1. Open Windows Settings > System > Activation.
2. Click “Troubleshoot”.

3. Click “I changed hardware on this device recently” on the appeared dialog:
4. Sign in to your Microsoft account. Press Enter when prompted for the existing Windows password.
5. Check the option “This is the device I’m using right now” and click “Activate”.
6. Windows is activated now.

In Step 4, it shows my previous Windows installation that I don't have anymore. What other options do I have?
