Windows 10: Windows UserModePowerService flood

HelloOur company has a lot of new computers from different manufacturers Lenovo, DELL. We are facing same performance issue with all of them. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Cortana spamming flood warnings

I have the same problem. I'm getting spammed by Cortana all hours of the night about coastal flood warnings. I had my phone for almost a year and I'm not sure why Cortana is becoming something of a major nuisance just now. Microsoft needs to step up
and fix this bug, because it is a bug in the program to receive spam flood alerts (especially when it's been sunny the past two days)!!!
