Windows 10: Windows using more disc space then it shows

So basically:Last time I used my PC I had around 30gb left of space, then rebooted my PC and only had 11gb left.When I go to my C drive and add all the file sizes up from all the files that are located in there I get roughly 197GB. But windows says its using 220GB.I already tried to use a disk cleanup and nothing. The Data that was able to get restored were roughly 200mb.So how come that there is a difference from what I appear to be using, and what all my files add up to, and what windows shows me what I am using.And where did my other 19gb go?

disc space not showing in my computer

In my computer the c drive is showing partitioned but the partitioned disc not showing ..and in the disc management section there is c drive showing as not partitioned..what will i do to appear the space? please help

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?
