Windows version 1709. OS build 16299.15

I have had to do a factory reset. It was completed overnight and I initiated a catch up of all Windows updates. Revision 1709 OS build 16299.15 is now installed, and has again surfaced the same problems - uncontrollable mouse and launch of applications.

Has anyone had that same problem with that build, and what was done to correct it?

    :)

I have WINVER 1607 OS Build 14393.1770 on my laptop. I have WINVER 1709 OS Build 16299-192 on my PC. I suspect the laptop update did not work properly. Where do I find the latest download for my laptop? Thx

Updating But Staying With Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.847) Question

    I'm on 1809 and I see these:

Windows version 1709. OS build 16299.15 [IMG]

Windows version 1709. OS build 16299.15 [IMG]

So those are the ones I'd install. But if you are installing .cab or .msu files you'd need to enable Windows Update service maybe during one or more reboots.

    EDIT: Forget that - I'm on 1809
