Windows 10: Windows version 1803 vs 1809

Desktop updated to version 1809 on 1/17/19, laptop is still on version 1803 and up to date on updates...Today checked for updates, on laptop has a update to 1803 and another update to 1809..but has never updated to 1809 ????

Issue is first when/if is laptop going to get update to 1809 and why getting a update to 1809 when not installed, since can't remove stop updates any longer can only assume that the update to 1809 will not successfully install..

Strange as windows update history reports

version 1809 Successfully installed on ‎16/‎12/‎2018

 

WMP for version 1809...


My Windows 10 N, version 1803 had used Windows Media Player via installing it from the "Windows_MediaFeaturePack_x64_1803.msu" file.

Updating to 1809 removed the WMP and no longer available in the apps list:





There's an updated version listed at:

But clicking on the link and looking for the 1809 in the drop down list of versions does not show the media feature pack available for download for 1809; instead it shows version 1709 and 1803.

Does anyone have a direct link to WMP for Windows 10 N, version 1809?

upgrade from WIN 10 version 1803 to WIN 10 1809.

while updating from 1803 version to 1809 version I am getting error code 0xc1900201 and message " We could not update the system reserved partition. pl guide me how to overcome this problem.
