    Windows Vista to Windows 10


    My PC was upgraded from Vista to Win 10. For some reason on start-up, two selections were given. The first one was Windows 10, and the second was Windows Set-up. I accidentally clicked on Windows Set-up instead of Windows 10. Unbeknownst to me, the computer was looking for Vista, and it isn't finding it. It is in an endless loop, and I don't know how to get it back to windows 10. I have taken pictures of the various different screens. I think it might be simple to get it back to Windows 10, if I only knew which selection to make. Is there an expert out there who can please help me? I asked someone at the Best Buy Geek Squad desk, and they looked at me like I had three heads! Thank You!!!

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
