Windows 10: Windows Voice Typing - Internet Error all of a sudden

I have been very happily using Voice Typing for the past 18 months, its been super reliable and very helpful.However this morning when I hit WIN "H" I got a message that says "You'll need internet for this". I verified that my internet was ok, I tried wired, wireless, disconnect all bluetooth devices so there was no shared internet.... Shut down and restarted multiple times, but nothing corrected the error I was getting.I have tried to search for others having the same error with Voice typing, but I have found nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.

  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

Error: "Internet Explorer is not responding" and "Website not responding" while accessing the browser on Windows 10

As Windows 10 as Microsoft Edge in-built browser, I suggest you to try that browser and check if this issue persists.

For the issues with Internet Explorer try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

• Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
  and select it.
• Click on View all in the left pane.
• Click onInternet Explorer Performance and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to turn off and on Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R, type Control Panel
  and hit Enter.
• Click on Programs and Features.
• Click on Turn Windows features on or off from the left pane.
• Uncheck Internet Explorer, click on Ok.
• Restart the computer and repeat the same as above to place a check mark on Internet Explorer.

Set Internet Explorer as default browser

I suggest you to set Internet Explorer as default web browser and restart the computer and see if it helps.

Disable Proxy

Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network.

Follow the steps below to disable proxy:

• Press “Windows Key” + “R”.
• Type “inetcpl.cpl”.
• Go to Connection.
• Click on LAN Settings.
• Check the box which says Automatically detect settings.
• Uncheck the box under Proxy server.

Run Internet Connection Troubleshooter

Though you are able to use internet, there could be some problems or some settings which could have stopped Windows services to connect to the internet.

I suggest you to run the Internet connection troubleshooter to fix such issues, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R
• Type Control
• Click on Troubleshooting
• Click on Connect to the internet
• Click on Next and follow the On-screen instructions
