Windows 10: Windows wake up seems slower than when my desktop was new.

Discus and support Windows wake up seems slower than when my desktop was new. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have a Lenovo desktop, Windows 10, 12 GB of RAM. Please see photos.     Windows wake up seems slower than when my desktop was new.


    I have a Lenovo desktop, Windows 10, 12 GB of RAM. Please see photos. It seems slower to start up after Sleep than when it was new. I'm no expert but it seems to me that In Use and Standby are high. Could this be the issue?

    HP Desktop is a lot slower than usual...

    My HP Desktop has been a lot slower than it usually is. I don't know if it has to do with the latest update or patches or what it is. But when I first wake it up and enter my password to unlock it, it's slow clicking on the lock screen to enter the PIN code. Once I am in, the Start Menu freezes up or hangs. Then, it's okay after that.

    Any suggestions?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

    I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

    • Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Type the command line below:
    Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

    3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

    If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.
