Windows 10: windows wake up to two screen

I have not selected two screens one screen is background screen saver I selected before PC set up after I click the second screen pops up wich is the image I selected for my account, and a sign without actually sign in since I opted out from but when I click sign in it opens windows . Hot to disable such issue I want to just open Windows as sometimes it does . Thanks

Screens black after waking machine from sleep

Does it only happen when waking up the computer from sleep?

To check for possible causes of this issue, we suggest you to run Power Troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshooting.
• On the left side, click View all.
• Click Power.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue still persists, you may update the Chipset driver from the device manufacturer.

Sleep / Wake Function, malfunctions after waking

• No luck with the "trouble-shooter."
• Issues are: on waking, date increases by 6 or so days and many apps/ windows freeze on opening. I tried it again today, and a blue screen came up with Command Prompt and other suggestions to fix. By the way, on restarting, the computer returns to
  normal.
• On the issue of "recent system changes", it is a new computer I purchased a couple of months ago. It is running Windows 10 (64 bit), with MS Office (32 bit). I have uninstalled & reinstalled MS Office, over the internet.
• Have not "encountered any error message"
• Have not taken any "troubleshooting steps", except trouble-shooter.
