Windows 10: Windows wakes up HDDs without reason

Hello, I am using a normal Computer Lenovo V530s with Windows 10 as a server in my home network. The power plan is set to power off unused HDD's after short time for power saving.They really should only spin up if someone uses something from them. However Windows does spin up these drives ever so often without any reason / usage. This behavior dates back to Windows XP era when I used HDD's in my main computer. For more than 10 years I did not find any solution or any needed reason why this has to happen.If I set the drives to power off after 1 minute they sometimes power down and stay like t
