Windows 10: Windows wallpaper turns grey

HiI am facing this kind of issue. Whenever I restart my system I will get this grey background. I have tried to update the drivers but it is displaying as the best kind of drivers are already installed and I have also updated to the latest version. When I go to change the wallpaper it will display my current wallpaper if I don't do this then after some time the wallpaper will be back but again after some time it will turn into grey. I have also tried to restart my system several time but still I am encountering the grey screen periodically please help me with this issue.

I would suggest you to ty disabling Windows Firewall and check if you are able to turn the setting on by following the steps:

• Search Windows Firewall using Cortana.
• Under Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall click Turn Windows Firewall on or off.

unable to change the lock screen Wallpaper.

  Are you not able to choose the directory where the wallpapers has been saved?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.
  
• 
  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.
  
• 
  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.
  
• 
  Close the Personalization window.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
