Windows 10: Windows was hanging, did a force reboot now this shows up "FixingC: Stage 2......ETA: 0:08:14.

Windows was hanging froze, so did a force reboot and now it shows "FixingC: Stage 2......ETA: 0:08:14". This is dual booted 1TB hdd. Had this hanging issue for over a month now and today this happened after force reboot. So how long should I wait for it to complete and what is the solution if this occurs frequently from now onwards?Also please suggest to solve this hanging/freezing problem.

My PC was running very slowly and I was unable to really get to a regular power off so I had to do a manual shut down. When I turned the computer back on I was greeted with the automatic disk check and repair. I'm currently at the state of the title fixing
(C stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00. and it has been hanging for over 30 minutes thus far. Is this a hanging loop or should I wait for it to try to work itself out? What would be my next steps in order to proceed if this doesn't complete?

My pc (Lenovo) was very slow for week espicially today, I decided to restart it and then start fixing then it stuck at this stage:

It took 12 hours and I am still waiting.

I turned my computer off one night after it was working fine, came home from work, turned it on, and it says:

Fixing (E Stage 1: 60% (x of x); Total: 87%; ETA: 0:xx:xx

It was on Stage 3: 100% (0 of 0); Total: 99%; ETA: 0:00:00 for 3 hours. I turned off the pc, drained the power, cleaned as much dust as i could with electronic duster, turned it on, and im back at square one. This isnt my boot drive, its a 1 TB HDD and its
only used to store music files or video files. I use it maybe twice a week at most. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?
