    Windows will not boot with d and/or e drive plugged in but if I unplug them from the motherboard then plug them back in when windows gets to the login screen then they will work fine. I am using atlas 10 22h2 which is a modified version of windows that can minimise cpu/ram usage. System is i7 4790 8GB ddr3 @ 1600mhz & a 6700xt on a gigabyte h81m board.
