Windows 10: Windows will not boot

Discus and support Windows will not boot in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Microsoft have completed upgrades and now I cannot boot windows.I created usb by downloading media creation, converted iso file using rufus.     Windows will not boot


    Microsoft have completed upgrades and now I cannot boot windows.I created usb by downloading media creation, converted iso file using rufus. Used GPT and UEFI non CSM and NTFS Place USB and started computer USB selected in biosSelect ed 32 bit from menuLoading files comes upthe get. \windows\system32\boot\winload.efistatus 0xc0000359not loading as required file missing.None of the solutions I have read seem to work.
