    windows will not boot.


    hi windows community - my windows 10 desktop computer lenovo wasn't updating. i kept getting error code 0x800700c1, and the troubleshooter couldn't find anything wrong. after some googling i discovered it must be caused by corrupt files. i tried tweaking's windows repair and the windows update assistant, but neither helped. i ran the system file checker and the deployment image servicing tool with no results. i have tried everything from this forum and this forum. and i mean everything. after i tried dolly cab's reply on march 14 2018, my windows won't even boot. i get the blue screen with t
