Windows 10: Windows will not boot

Discus and support Windows will not boot in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I cannot get windows to boot, it goes right to the blue screen o.d. and I get it into recovery mode, but fails every option, I cant even get into safe...     Windows will not boot


    I cannot get windows to boot, it goes right to the blue screen o.d. and I get it into recovery mode, but fails every option, I cant even get into safe mode. I am in cmd prompt and not sure if I can try something here? Also wondering if a recovery disk would work from a usb. I also have the same laptop in a different color and after the 11 updates, my BIOS was fried. This one's not that bad.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
