Windows 10: Windows will not boot

    Windows will not boot


    I've built a new PC and after installing windows 10 the computer will restart and windows will do the start up and welcome sequence. During driver installation the computer restarts multiple times and windows will boot up. Only if I do a shutdown and attempt to start the computer will windows never load. I get the option to go to the BIOS and have verified the drive shows up and select it to boot from but I only get a blank screen...no option for recovery or anything.I've reinstalled windows multiple times and can get a boot only if restarted, never shutdown.Spec:Windows 10CPU:. Intel I5 13

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
