    Windows will not come next to the internet to verify my password.


    Windows 10 has to enter into safe mode. For some reason my printer software won't uninstall as it said it was connected to other software and have to close those softwares and then I would uninstall. So I couldnt find the issue after checking file types task manager and ms config. Soni went to put in safe mode after that windows forgets the pin. The pin code is unavailable and it ask me enter a new one. I try and doesn't allow me too. I try recover safe mode and windows will not connect from what I see with the internet to use my log in to the desktop. I have changed the password to my email

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Forgot Windows 10 password...

    If it's a Microsoft account, you should be able to change the password via another computer at live.com and the password should also change to match on the computer (obviously make sure it has internet access first). The password is verified online during login.
