  1. Windows will not stay maximized

Windows is the most frustrating program on the planet! I have properly set ALL windows/files/documents to open as maximized. But guess what, good old Windows 11 has decided that it's just not gonna do that, and it's actually worse than before. At least in the past, sometimes the windows would open maximized. Now it's scroll and click, scroll and click. How do I get my programs to truly open maximized--browser windows, documents, irfanview, legacy family tree? The list goes on.

    :)
