Windows 10: Windows will not update Error code 0x80070643

I am trying to install this security update, and I have installed a few other updates successfully before this one. I try to install it and then it says "There were some problems installing updates, try again later, etc." and gives me error code 0x80070643. Also, I can't seem to upload any screenshots to the forum, says either file not found or something along the lines when I try to paste it with win+shift+s and I can't do a manual upload if I do it with snipping tool.Here is my OS info:Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎4/‎13/‎2024 OS build 19045.4291 Experience Windows Featu

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
