Windows 10: Windows with unremovable virus

Hi, from like about 5 days ago my avast started to detect a malware saying that the infected file was "https://anti-hacker-alliance.com/index.php" and along with this my gmail password was changed and when i managed to get it back on the google account security option it was saying that my computer was logged in at my location but also in Russia with 2 more browsers that i don't even have installed. Problem is that everytime i try to remove it, for some reason it says that the action wasn't successful even though i already wiped my computer 2 times and scanned everything with malwarebytes prem

Unremovable Virus

While watching MLB.TV the screen froze, and nothing worked. No E-Drive, no mouse, nothing. Had to wait for the battery to go dead to restart. After the restart, while in Breitbart.com (through google) the machine froze again. After the restart, ran the
small virus scan through Windows Defender, which detected nothing then tried the long scan. After about a third of the way in, the program stopped, and I cannot get it to restart (everything else works, though). Know that I still have a problem (MLB still
freezes up) but I cannot run Defender now. Any suggestions?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

If you plan on/want to use Office, you'd better get it downloaded (installed?) very soon! That being said, your Windows Defender (and possibly Windows Firewall & Windows Update) issue takes priority here.
