    Windows won't activate after BIOS update


    Hello, I am having a problem with windows activation. At first my new computer was activated normally, but after updating the BIOS, windows got de-activated and when trying to re-activate it using windows activation troubleshooter it did not work. I selected the option I changed hardware on this device recently, but it did not work this is the error code displayed 0x803FABC3. I called Microsoft support, and the call lost connection when being transferred to another agent. Can someone please help me fix this problem with my computer.

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
