Windows 10: Windows wont boot after installing

I am trying to install a clean install of Windows 10 on my Gateway all-in-one. It wont boot after doing the install. It will restart once, then again and after the second restart, it wont boot. I have been trying for the better part of a year to try to get it to run. Windows 7 will install just fine. I have even tried installing Windows 7, then upgrading to 10, and it still wont boot. It has plenty of RAM (16GB), an i3-2120, and no dedicated graphics. It can run any other OS no issue. I haven't tried Windows 8 as I do not own a copy and I don't like that version of Windows anyways. More info. It will get through the initial install process. Go through the first setup (getting devices ready, etc), then restart after that. Then i get a blue screen that says please wait, then it goes black and nothing happens again. I rebooted about 20 times to no avail. I know this hardware is compatible with Windows 10, so what is going wrong?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
