Windows 10: Windows wont boot after system update. Blank/black screen only. Recovery USB freezes at...

I have tried everything I can find to fix this issue. MSI laptop was working normally, got a system needs restart to finish update notification and now system won't boot. System also hangs when I try to boot into safe mode. Please help I need this laptop as I am currently working remotely due to Covid. Thank you

• Were you able to get to the desktop screen after you restarted the system?
  
• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
  
• Did you get any error code or error message?

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys

List the installed antivirus software.

Comp wont boot..

So.. Earlier (last week) I posted that the computer will die, Freeze and go black screen but the comp will still be on. I thought it had to be the MOBO, I just got a new one and installed it. Now the comp freezes... What can be wrong. It wont even get to the actual MOBO boot screen. it stays at express gate.. CAN THIS BE THE CPU!??!

No its not overclocked. All stock. I will list specs ina min
