Windows 10: Windows won't boot and Microsoft REFUSES to help

My computer is less than 1 1/2 year old and file explorer suddenly stopped opening. I tried EVERYTHING I could find on the Internet and NOTHING worked. After many hours, I spent more time trying to figure out how to reach a live person at Microsoft. When I finally did, I was connected with people from third world countries. After many more hours, their "tech support" person also couldn't figure out what to do so he said I had to reinstall Windows 11. Again, many hours later that was done although it was now installed on a disk drive and not on the SSD. Furthermore, I am now getting error mes

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
