Windows 10: Windows won't boot, can't even run WinRE to restore

Help, got a big problem here.


My Dell Inspiron 3580 Laptop won't Boot Windows 10. But here's the problem, I can't even get into the WinRE to recover.


I ran all hardware diagnostics on my machine and it all passes.


But it hangs when it tries to load Win 10.


So, to launch WinRE, I power down and restart three times and it then comes up with "Please Wait" or "Starting Windows Repair" and it proceeds to a blue screen of death with error message CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.


The Microsoft on-line technical support was no help since it assumes you can launch WinRE which I can't.

So, what to do next?

Volume Mute Light won´t change color


Macrium is used frequently in this forum. There are experts in using it to recover drives. It's unclear as to why you are struggling to use it. I had not used it and just tried it for the first time and it went smoothly. Maybe these images might help?

 

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
