Windows 10: Windows won't boot, crashes with "kmode exception not handled" whether from hard drive or...

Today I plugged in an old BitLocker drive that I'd removed a few weeks ago because it had stopped working, running at 100% with single-digit read/write speeds and slowing bootup to an hour-long process. I'd intended to troubleshoot it, but since plugging it in Windows no longer boots at all. I've since unplugged it and every other drive in my system except my Windows boot drive, but even with just the boot drive in, the system won't boot to Windows.I've tried booting "normally", booting with my bios in secure boot mode, and booting when it says "starting automatic repair," and all three approa

kmode exception not handled

As of a few hours ago I started up my pc and it won’t boot into windows, I can go into the motherboard bios but not into windows. As soon as it tries to boot into windows I get a kmode exception not handled, then it tries to restart and I get a black screen. I have tried fixing it through YouTube methods, but my pc can’t even go into the windows Recovery Menu settings just goes straight to the blue screen kmode exception not handled. Any help is appreciated

Interrupt Exception Not Handled and Kmode Exception Not Handled error, in a loop

I have been facing this very annoying problem when my laptop crashes abruptly either with "Interrupt Mode Exception Not Handled" or "Kmode Exception Not Handled" and this goes on in a loop. At a whim, it successfully boots to windows but crashes again with
either of the above errors. I have restored my windows after which the problem reduced (not disappear) allowing me to get some work done sporadically but the problem has resurface with full vengeance rendering my laptop useless over the last couple of days.

My laptop (specs below) came with Windows 8.1 but I successfully upgraded to Win 10 without any hiccups. I had no issues for several months but this problem has been plaguing my laptop since February. I can't recollect exactly when was the first time this
problem surfaced but am confident this was after I updated the Nvidia driver to the latest version after being prompted by the Nvidia software.

Please let me know how I can fix this very annoying problem.
