Windows 10: Windows won't boot. Need help decoding Boot Repair report

So I did something REALLY stupid and used a different cable that did not come with my PSU to try to plug in a new GPU. Turned computer on and quick flash and then totally dead. This is a computer I built about 10 years ago, but was running still extremely well. I replaced one part at a time to figure out the issue, first PSU, then RAM, then motherboard, then CPU. Finally looked into the hard drive and it's pretty clear that the boot drive SSD is damaged. I couldn't get it to mount, but power cycled it a few times and got it to be recognized through USB on another computer I have. BUT, it stil

boot repairs?

i updated the bios on my rampage formula. And now for some reason my system automatically boots to Windows XP and i dont have the usual choices of OSes. I have been triple-booting XP, Vista, and Windows 7 for a while now, and i always got the boot screen where i could choose which one.

I tried putting the discs in and repairing the boot sector or whatever its called for both Vista and Windows 7 and it didnt work. It was kinda automated in that i would choose the repair option and it would automatically pop up that the boot record was missing or corrupt and asked me if i wanted to repair that. It did this for Windows 7 and Vista. Both the partitions are recognized as Windows partitions when using the repair feature. But it still just boots into XP. I can figure it out. I guess i could wipe it and reinstall all 3.

  Select the correct time and Keyboard type.

  Click on Repair your computer
  in the lower left corner.

  Select Troubleshoot

  Click on Automatic Repair
  from Advanced Options screen.

  Next, choose the operating system by clicking on its button.

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
