    Windows won't boot or repair, reset, uninstall updates etc.


    My surface book is having trouble booting or even repairing on any level. I've tried several fixes such as this: Which only led to this:I have no idea what all the jargon means, I only have average technical skills. But this seemed be good until I tried the recommended sfc /scannow which keeps telling me that "windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation" So then I tried this And was told it found corrupted files and successfully repaired them. Which gave me some hope. But sfc /scannow still doesn't work.And neither do any of the other recovery options.Uninstall previo
