Windows 10: Windows won’t boot. Requested system device cannot be found

Hello!Desktop computer, ASROCK UEFI, Windows 8.1. x64, SSD disk. disk is healthy…So BSOD appeard on my computer saying that it encountered a problem. After restart it says: File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD. Error code: 0xc000000f. Few times i got different error message: File: \Windows\System32\drivers\ACPI.sys. Error code: 0xc0000242After trying to recover it with bootrec /fixmbr…fixboot…rebuildbcd… and writing Yes to add installation to boot list it says: the requested system device cannot be found.I tried making the disk active and it didn’t help. Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

my bios is and custom unlocked bios (latest version) (thanks to Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source ) because of lenovo hardware whitlist maybe thats causing the problem???

 

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
