Windows 10: Windows won't boot up

I tried doing a clean install using my USB flash drive. There was an error when I selected my primary drive: Could not able to install windows 10 because of bitlocker encryption issueSo I did the following: At the very start of the Installation Process, press Shift + F10, or Shift + Fn + F10 to open Command PromptRun this command and hit Enter:diskpartRun this command and hit Enter:list diskMake note of the disk number you want to wipe and enter it into the next command - replace XRun this command and hit Enter:select disk XRun this command and hit Enter:cleanRun this command and hit Enter:c

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

Laptop went black and won;t reboot

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.
