Windows 10: Windows won't boot

Hello,My PC won't boot windows. It only shows the motherboard logo when starting up and then the screen goes black, my monitor indicates no signal. When I fail to boot a few times 3 I get into a blue screen menu with options. This allows me to boot windows in both safe mode and safe mode with internet. When I open files on the SSD which windows is on I get: File system error 2147416359. I can open files on my other drive. I have tried to run the CHKDSK command but it just runs and after that it finishes and says no errors and nothing else happens. Please help me fix this.Thanks in advance,

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.
