Windows 10: Windows won't boot.

Hello, For the last week, I have been trying to get Windows to boot, it worked one night, turned pc off as normal, the next day, Windows fails to boot. It goes Straight to a blue screen with Troubleshoot and Turn off pc, only Options. I tried Rebooting, Same. I go to trouble shoot and advanced and have 6 options, none of them work. I tried them all. I can not see the startup repair, or Reset, it is not one of the options, and I can't no matter how many times I try to get the computer to boot in Safe mode. I have hard shut down 5 times nothing. Just back to the same Screen. I do see all my windows files in my C drive as normal but the pc just wont boot. System restore has two dates I have tried them both Nothing. Same blue screen, I don't have another computer to make a Recovery Disk, this is my only Computer. I need to fix this if possible, all my banking is done online. Any help, but I have tried almost everything.

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
